5. When we share information

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires it, we use an adequacy regulation, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, or another lawful safeguard. You may contact us for more information about the safeguard relevant to your information.

6. How long we keep information

- Completed transaction, payment and accounting records: normally six years after the end of the relevant financial year, or longer where required for a dispute or legal obligation.

7. Security

We use proportionate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, account security and limiting access to people and providers who need it. No online system is completely secure, so please contact us promptly if you believe your information or order has been compromised.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to:
- provide a copy of your personal information;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
-delete information;
- restrict or object to particular uses;
- provide certain information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time; or
- review a significant decision made solely by automated means, if we ever use such a process.

We use essential website technologies and, only where the required consent has been given, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. See our Cookie Policy for purposes and controls. You can change your decision through the Cookie settings link on the website.

Transactional messages about a quote or order are part of the service and are not marketing. We will send optional electronic marketing only where we have a lawful basis and will provide an unsubscribe method. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop necessary order messages.

11. Complaints

Please first contact help@phoneswapper.co.uk so we can investigate. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.

12. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, providers or law. We will post the updated version with a new date and highlight material changes where appropriate.

This policy explains how PhoneSwapper uses cookies, pixels, scripts and similar technologies on its website.

3. Google analytics

If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, events, approximate location, device and browser information, referring source and online identifiers. We use it to measure advertising, understand conversions and create or reach relevant advertising audiences. Meta may combine information with data held through its services and processes information under its own privacy terms.

5. Your choices

When you first visit, the cookie banner should let you accept or reject non-essential technologies and, where offered, choose by category. Rejecting must be as easy as accepting. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel will not be loaded for these purposes before the required consent is recorded.You can change or withdraw consent at any time using the Cookie settings link. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. You may also block or delete cookies through your browser, although blocking essential technologies can affect website operation.

6. Cookie Details and Duration

7. Contact

Questions about these technologies or your choices can be sent to help@phoneswapper.co.uk. Our Privacy Policy explains how to exercise data protection rights and complain to the ICO.
